It is important that you know and understand the resources that our office and personal efforts can bring to you as a Buyer of real estate.
As a buyer, you will want to meet and interview with us, to see if we are a match, to work together. If you are not comfortable with your agent and do not agree with the agent's and the company's philosophy, then you aren't a match with the agent. This is one of the most important purchases you make. Feeling uncomfortable with the agent, escrow officer, lender, or inspector, JUST is NOT an option. Interview all these people and make the best decision for you.
PROVIDE COMPETITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS
This market analysis is a summation of the listing and sales activity of properties similar to the property you are interested in. Similar areas, square footage, amenities etc. is key to help you determine a purchase price for the property based on need, motivation , market conditions, value, etc. that will result in the achievement of your goals and needs.
PROVIDE "ESTIMATE OF COST" SHEET
This estimate will be based on a projection of the costs involved with the purchase of this property. The "final" and actual cost sheet will be provided by the Title Company involved in the transaction. Do not forget that the lender will be charging fees. Ask for these in writing. We will figure these in so you will know, what the cost is.
