Well, I have a Buyer looking for a nice home, 4 plus bedrooms, pool and RV gate…. My buyer is shocked at the condition of some homes. We were in 2 today and both very dated homes and over priced…. What are the banks thinking? Let me know if you happen to have a pocket listing that might work.
