Life gives us many learning experiences mine is with this new website and Odesk. A business coach of mine suggested it to me. He did tell me to be specific, he wasn’t kidding. I thought I had been. So we are starting again… I think this time it will work great.
Today I received one of life’s learning opportunity. I am having a word press site built using ODesk. Well 15 hours later and it is not done…. I didn’t choose the cheapest guy …. I went middle ground. I even had a list what I needed done.. So now if anyone knows of a good word press person! Let me know… Please! On to the next opportunity

I was in a neighborhood and YES, this home was on the market … this way… I bet the HOA loves this home, I know the neighbors do. I use this photo to show my short sale homeowners what not to do. Just thought I would pass it along

Well, I have a Buyer looking for a nice home, 4 plus bedrooms, pool and RV gate…. My buyer is shocked at the condition of some homes. We were in 2 today and both very dated homes and over priced…. What are the banks thinking? Let me know if you happen to have a pocket listing that might work.
