Good News to everyone that is under contract, to purchase that new home. If you were under contract by April 30th and you were to close by June 30th. It has been extended 3 months. This is great news for everyone that is trying to close… now you have time to get it done and receive your credit! 

This extention isn’t for new contracts, you have to be in escrow and the contract had to be executed on or before April 30th.

I have spent the day out with a Buyer… WOW, I have never had such a time finding the perfect home for a Buyer.  We have seen a lot of  UGLY, DIRTY, STINKY homes… we went in one today, the carpet on the stairs in the middle was black, now that wasn’t the orginal color of the carpet. This home was so cluttered, and dirty.  What are people thinking??? Oh, then they want a premium price for the home. Come on Agents, get with it…. if they will not clean it up, and yes I have had listings like that, then price them as the home they are not mint condition.  Okay my ranting is done…. for now.

I am still amazed at all the information available on the internet.. WOW.  With the Flip Video it is so easy to shoot quick videos, the only problem I am having is editing the video… I have the part where you save it to documents then to real player, but I am having difficulty at that point. Does anyone have a couple of quick tips to make this easier? I have a PC … anything would be great!
