Initiating a New short sale with Bank of America on the Equator system.  We all have done it many times. Has anyone gotten the RED screen that tells you to call Customer Care? 

I did today,  well my sellers have a loan that you cannot process in Equator, they will not tell me what type it is because the third party authorization letter cannot be uploaded.  It must be faxed, and then they have up to 5 business days to process and get it in the system.  Great… she says just fax all the paperwork you have.  NOT.. it will just be lost, I am going to get this authorization in… then lets talk to someone and then I will be faxing… yes, faxing …. the pages and pages of documents.

Please let me know if anyone else has had this much fun.

Due to the extreme fire danger, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve will CLOSE at 3:00 p.m. on July 3rd and 4th.  Fireworks and smoking are strictly prohibited in all areas of the Preserve including parking lots.  Violaters are subject to citation per S.R.C. 21-12(b)(7).

We were caught in the power outage that happened in Mesa. I did loose some data, and web stuff.  Some of it went a wee bit crazy..  Just trying to get it all straightened around today

. It has been a slow morning with the 4th of July weekend here. 

You forget how much you depend on certain things, electricity and cooling… The phones went down, and of course the fax machine.  That was the day Qwest had picked for my DSL upgrade, oh yes that went well NOT!  That is another story and not a pleasent one.  I am glad that day is in the past, now just to fix a few things.

Today is a very sad day we are saying good-bye to one of our old boys. Jesse James, his team mate Frank James is still with us.  Jesse had a stroke in the early morning; he has been made comfortable while the vet comes. Jesse has pulled many kids through box canyon on haunted hayrides, cookouts, parades and the Wal-mart safety parade (pictured below). He will be greatly missed; he was loved and happy to the end.

Today he takes his one last ride!  Everyone will remember all the memories he created and all the stories that were told on those rides by the James brothers.

Today after class we thought that we would go to Red Robin… Bill, Austin, and I off we went to the local Red Robin.. What a time we had. First they sat us by the kitchen, so we could see and hear everything that went on in the Kitchen… that was okay, until one of the waitresses started cleaning the warming lights… oh yes there was food under them.. GROSS…. thank goodness we had our food… I would have left. The manager walked right by her doing that. Later Bill asked the manager if she saw that? She responded no….. if I would have been thinking, I should have used the video on my phone… I do not think I want lunch at Red Robin again.

This post is a reach out for help. I have a short sale with PHH Mortgage, we have a negotiator he has been assigned to the file for months  I have been trying to get a call back from him, I call in … they tell me he has 24-48 hours to call me back… NO Call.  I have asked his supervisor to call me… you guessed it no call.  I need a phone number or email address of someone with some pull in the company.  Any help would be wonderful.   Has anyone else had this experience with them?  If so, how did you resolve it? 

They have my Owners seeing RED!!!
